Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment

Promedtha is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove such content from our platform and report it to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Promedtha:

• Any content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, or any form of sexual communication directed at minors
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM in any form
• Using the platform to arrange or facilitate sexual acts involving minors
• Any content that sexualizes minors, including fictional or illustrated material
• Recruiting, trafficking, or transporting minors for sexual purposes

Age Requirements

Promedtha requires users to be at least 10 years old. Accounts under 10 are blocked from active usage until the minimum age is reached. For users aged 10 to 15, at least one active guardian link is required before full platform access is granted.

Kinderfreundlich-Regelwerk

Der Post-Schalter kinderfreundlich darf nur für klar altersgerechte Inhalte verwendet werden. Er ist ausschließlich für Beiträge im Freundes-/Familienkontext relevant.

• Erlaubt sind sachliche, unterstützende und altersgerechte Inhalte ohne Schockwirkung.
• Verboten sind Inhalte mit Gewalt, Sexualisierung, Hass, diskriminierenden Aussagen oder gezielter Angsterzeugung.
• Missbrauch des Schalters oder wiederholte Verstöße führen zu sofortigen Maßnahmen bis hin zur Kontosperre.
• Im Verdachtsfall gilt ein Null-Toleranz-Ansatz mit Eskalation an Trust & Safety bzw. relevante Behörden.

Detection and Enforcement

Promedtha employs the following measures to combat child sexual abuse and exploitation:

• User reporting tools that allow any user to flag inappropriate content involving minors
• Review of all reported content by our moderation team
• Immediate removal of content found to violate this policy
• Permanent suspension of accounts found to violate this policy
• Reporting of confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant national authorities in compliance with applicable law

How to Report

If you encounter content on Promedtha that you believe depicts child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly at:

Reports are treated with urgency and strict confidentiality. We respond to all safety reports within 24 hours.

Cooperation with Authorities

Promedtha cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. We comply with all applicable laws regarding the reporting and preservation of evidence related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to obligations under German law and EU regulations.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. Significant updates will be communicated to users via the platform. Continued use of Promedtha after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
